DEFER TO 2028 POLICY

• Upon registration to the 2028 event, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of the 2028 ticket price.

• Registrations for the 2028 event will be sent out in the months after the 2027 event launch.

• There are a limited number of deferrals for each event at the discretion of the event organiser.

• The event organiser reserves the right to close this option at anytime. It is recommended to submit your deferral at your earliest convenience.

• Your entry is not guaranteed until you are fully registered for the 2028 event.

• Add-ons are not transferred from 2027 to 2028.

TRANSFER TO A FRIEND POLICY

• Upon registration to the event, your friend will be required to pay a transfer fee of £25.

• Your entry will only be cancelled once your friend has entered the event and taken your place.

• There are a limited number of transfer to a friend places for each event at the discretion of the event organiser.

• The event organiser reserves the right to close this option at anytime. It is recommended to submit your transfer to a friend invitation at your earliest convenience.

• Their entry is not guaranteed until they are fully registered for the event.

• Add-ons are not transferred from your booking to theirs.
