Get ready to ride the 19th edition of Etape Caledonia on Sunday 10 May 2026! We’ll be in touch closer to the time with full event details, but here are some key points to help you plan ahead.

Key Timings

Event Village

  • Saturday 9 May: 10:00 - 19:00

  • Sunday 10 May: 05:30 - 16:00

Race Start

  • The ride begins at 06:30, with all riders expected to cross the start line by 06:40

  • Please arrive at your start pen 30 minutes before your allocated time - this will be confirmed by email around two weeks before the event

Your Rider Pack

Each pack includes:

  • Rider bib (with timing chip)

  • Bike number (with timing chip)

  • 2 cable ties

Delivery Options:

  • Postage: Packs may arrive anytime up until Friday 8 May

  • Collection: Available on Saturday 9 May 10:00-19:00 at the Event Village

Please note: packs cannot be collected on event morning.

What to Bring

We recommend carrying the following essentials:

  • Spare inner tube

  • Pump

  • Tyre levers

  • Multi-tool

The Routes

  • Feed stations are stocked with water and mechanical support, find out more here

  • Please bring water bottles to refill at the stations and in the Event Village as there are no plastic cups available

Bike Racking

  • Post-ride bike racking will be available in the Event Village. Bikes are left at your own risk and must be collected by 16:00

Bike Hire

  • Cycle Hire Scotland can provide hire bikes, fittings and mechanical support in the event village (they’ll also be doing checks at the feed stations!)

  • Pre-booking is strongly recommended, as on-the-day hire is very limited. Bikes can be collected and fitted from 1pm on Saturday 9 May or 5am on Sunday 10 May from the Event Village
