REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER

Saturday 10th May

  • Time: 09:30 - 13:30  

    Location: Athol Centre, Pitlochry.

    Role: volunteers will be given a full brief on how to use our iPads to issue race numbers to cyclists who need to collect their packs. Volunteers will also act as the point of contact for general event information.

  • Time: 13:00 -19:00

Sunday 11th May

  • Time: 04:45 - 11:00 

    Location: Start area (specific details will be shared closer to the event) 

    Role: Welcome and direct riders to the correct start pens, provide event information, and build excitement. Flexibility in roles is appreciated. 

  • Time: 08:30 - 14:30 

    Location: Finish area (specific details will be shared closer to the event) 

    Role: Direct riders through the finish line, assist with rewards setup, hand out medals and water, and keep the rewards area stocked. Flexibility in roles is appreciated. 

  • Time: 06:00 – 09:45 (approx.) 

    Location: Kinloch Rannoch 

    Role: Help set up the feed station, replenish stock, cheer riders, direct them through the station, and help dismantle once the riders have passed. 

  • Time: 06:30 – 10:30 (approx.) 

    Location: Carte Forestry Car Park 

    Role: Help set up the feed station, replenish stock, cheer riders, direct them through the station, and help dismantle once the riders have passed. 

  • Location: Glengoulandie Caravan Park 

    Time: 06:30 – 11:30 (approx.) 

    Role: Help set up the feed station, replenish stock, cheer riders, direct them through the station, and help dismantle once the riders have passed.

    Location: Menzies Farm 

    Role: Help set up the feed station, replenish stock, cheer riders, direct them through the station, and help dismantle once the riders have passed
